We have enzymes for regenerating the soil, pest control, water purification (reservoirs, lakes, rivers etc.) or building Tesla sustainable roads that are many times cheaper, faster to make and more ecological.

Our approach to any territory is similar in some way.
After closely examining the country’s needs, we calculate the possible percentages of the overall investment to cover different projects.
Generally, it covers 35-40% of the projects to be our renewable energy technologies, with some mixture in the most ecological waste disposal and recycling technologies with a unique energy recovery system.

With another 35-40% of the investment, we aim to cover our advanced and ecological farming and agriculture of future projects that all is within the food production sector.
Such an approach, clean energy and food production, is an essential balance in those greatly needed industries.
This way, we widely make the best economic boost that can help further economic growth.
The remaining 20-30% of the overall investment goes into a combination of our scalable production and living models that can also span from tiny to mega in size and be in one or more locations.
Those models cover the production of ecological detergents, sanitisers and food preservatives (small units -2700 litres per day per unit). We greatly need ecological cleaning and disinfection of virus and fungus-killing agents that are natural, safe and low cost while not affecting our biome and not causing autoimmune diseases or toxicity to the people and nature.
As well, the production of ecological food preservatives and composite building materials are additional production models that are always, to some extent, included in such huge project planning and are coming from our project portfolio.
Additionally, part of the investment percentage is in social housing and covers similar needs with the possibility of the Tesla Sustainable Village model, which is suitable for several other demographics and territories.

Hydrogen inverter waste to energy

very advanced technologies without pollution, raising the temperature to more than 3000C.
It is not a waste-burning process but a waste-destroying process. It is a kind of plasma fusion where without the air and only with the addition of water, hydrogen particles destroy almost any type of waste, including highly toxic and hazardous waste.
At the later stage of this technology will be possible to add the production of hot water and green hydrogen ( as a pure byproduct of its work)

 

Advanced patented Tesla cascading hydropower

 one of the most simplified installations without concrete dams, making it one of the best and most ecological high power hydro plants ( with the possibility of flood prevention – cascades need to cover more prolonged stretches of river to be useful in flood prevention)

 

Magnetic rotating generators

unique and clean energy, easy to install or move, scale to a vast size and most importantly, a huge production capacity compared to other renewable energy production technologies.

Our housing units have maximum resistance to earthquakes.
All these parameters make it a unique and desirable way of building compared to the older, much more expensive, complicated building forms.

Currently, there is only one material panel model for all the builds. Still, in the future, there will be several different materials to match the best geographical needs (wood, recycled paper, recycled fabrics, hemp, bamboo, etc.)
Some of the possibilities in building with such uniquely robust and modular materials are: strong, well insulated and still lightweight buildings for many building types and styles like schools, hospitals, warehouses, greenhouses, etc.
